Holly Stephey talks to Cylon George ," Spiritual Living For Busy People"

Cylon George decribes his blog as a way to help busy people thrive in their spiritual lives so they can live with more joy, peace, purpose, and meaning. He is  a spiritual chaplain, musician, devoted husband, and busy dad of six. He love's listening to people’s stories and helping them gain perspective on life’s opportunities and challenges. In his own life, the serenity prayer helps him when he find's himself worrying about things he has no control over. It reminds him to let go of his worry. It reminds him that he can experience greater spiritual fulfillment by taking responsibility for his own thoughts, emotions, attitudes, and feelings. It reminds him to constantly seek wisdom. He Describes his life as the following; I was born in the twin island Republic of Trinidad and Tobago. I moved to the United States in 2000 to attend Hartwick College where I earned degrees in Music Performance (piano) and Computer Science. In 2012, I earned a Master’s degree in Theology from St. Bernard’s School of Theology and Ministry. I am blessed to be married to my wife, Laura. We have six beautiful, energetic children. We live in Albany, New York. I enjoy running, reading, writing, and music (both listening and creating) Link to Blog..http://www.spirituallivingforbusypeople.com/about God, give me grace to accept with serenity the things that cannot be changed, Courage to change the things which should be changed, and the Wisdom to distinguish the one from the other. ~ Serenity Prayer
